Tasting Notes:  Right at the base of Mount Blanc the vineyard is planted at 4000 Feet and the cellar is almost as high up.  Fermented and aged in a combo of steel and large, neutral oak barrels.  Aged on lees for at least 18 months on the lees before disgorgement.  Makes for a lovely, light bubbly with beautiful citrus and brioche
