Tasting Notes: As it claims on the label - truly unparalleled Mondeuse.  Whole bunch in terracotta amphora - 12 days for Etraire, 10 days for Mondeuse. Pressed, and blended at the décuvage. Aged in amphora 7-8 months and bottled in May 2023.
