grapes: 60% Gamay, 25% Grolleau Noir, 10% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

Farming and Winemaking: Non certified Organic. Gamay and Grolleau Noir destemmed and fermented separately in stainless steel. Cabernet and Merlot fermented Carbonically in steel. Blending is done after fermentation. All aging is in stainless steel.
