Tasting Notes: Co-creator of the landmark wine bar bistro Aux Crieurs de Vin, Nicolas was very influential in the early natural wine scene. In 2008 Mr Vauthier left the bistro to try his had at négociant winemaking (working with purchased grapes). His wines are lovingly created and elegant with just the right amount of unfiltered boldness. This one has strong tannins but finishes with graceful dry fruit.
