Former chefs, Marty Winters and Alex Pitts of celebrated CA kitchens including Cyrus, Quince, and French Laundry decided in 2012 to apply their palates and culinary experience to making wine.  

Embracing the low intervention organic winemaking practices of the New Californian wine but applied to legacy varietals of Cali’s hay day.

Farming/winemaking: Organic grapes, traditional champagne method, with shorter elevage for a fresh feel, disgorged, then 2 gms of dosage

Tasting Notes: The bright asian pear like acid and toasted elements make this a straightforward, very drinkable offering for any hang.
