William Allen and Karen Daenen are immaculate farmers that celebrate the story the grapes have to tell of every vintage.  Their old world, small production, low intervention winemaking have made consistent and nicely balanced wines

Varietal: 60% Vermentino, 25% Picpoul, 15% Albarino

Origin: Windsor, CA

Vintage: 2022

Farming/winemaking: 12 days on the skins aged in neutral oak for 10 months

Tasting notes: Beautiful bright orange color, with a ginger / grapefruit zesty acid from the Picpoul all balanced by the mineral, grassy texture of the Vermentino.  Opens up nicely as you drink it.
